Cycle Counting (7 hours) In this workshop, the participants will learn how to implement or improve a cycle counting program and what the real purpose of cycle counting is: finding and fixing the causes of inventory errors. Also included are several methods for selecting items to count, using correct accounting techniques, and reconciling any outstanding transactions. SOX for Operations Management Professionals (5 hours) In this workshop, the participants will understand the life-cycle of SOX 404, how it originated and what the future holds. In addition, a discussion of process controls and risk assessment, testing the control environment and what to expect from external audits will be discussed.
